Grass-fed Organic* Lamb

Lambs are sold whole; no halves, quarters or cuts are available.

Our lamb sells for $3.55/lb. hanging weight, plus the cost of processing, which is $85 for any weight lamb. (The hanging weight is the meat and bones part of the lamb, once the skin, head, feet and "insides" are removed.) The lamb will be cut and wrapped to the buyer's specifications.

Average hanging weight is 45 to 60 lbs.

A deposit of $25.00 is required to reserve a lamb.


Lambs will be ready for processing at the end of the grass season in the fall. 

It is best to place your orders early, as our production will be limited this year, and processing dates must be booked well in advance.

Meat can be picked up at the farm or at the processor. Delivery can be arranged for an extra fee.  We don't ship.

All processing is completed at a USDA Certified plant.
