Lambs sell for $3.99/lb hanging weight.
All processing fees are included in that price.

Average hanging weight is 30 lbs. to 60 lbs.
A deposit of $25.00 is required to reserve a lamb.
Lambs will be ready for processing at the end of the grass season in the fall.
It is best to place your orders early as processing dates must be booked well in advance.
Meat can be picked up at the farm, the processor, or delivery is available. (delivery fees charged)
All processing is completed at a USDA Certified plant.
