We sell our 100% all natural grass fed beef by the half and the quarter.
Price per pound for 2010 is: $3.49/lb hanging weight. Buy a half at $100 discount!
This price includes cutting and wrapping to your specifications.
A side of beef (a half) will weigh more or less 300 lbs. (This is the meat and bones part of the animal, once the hide, head, feet, etc. have been removed. It's the amount of beef you pay for.)
An average 300 lb. side of beef will yield about:
14 T- bone steaks, 3/4 in. thick, 8 packages of stew meat, 1 lb. each, 14 rib steaks, 3/4 in.,
4 packages of short ribs, 1 1/2 lbs. each, 8 sirloin steaks, 3/4 in., 8 round steaks, 3/4 in.,
2 sirloin tip roasts, 3lbs. each, 6 chuck roasts, 4lbs. each, 4 arm roasts, 3lbs. each,
2 rump roasts, 3lbs. each, 80 to 100lbs of ground beef.
If desired the following variety meats: ox tail, liver, tongue, heart and kidney.
A typical family of 4 will get 100 to 130 meals from a side of beef.
A quarter beef will yield 1/2 of the above.
Cattle will be ready for processing at the end of the grass season in the fall, although one beef will be ready in June.
It is best to place your orders early, as processing dates must be booked well in advance.
A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve your order (non refundable).

Meat can be picked up at the farm, the processor, or delivery is available. (delivery fees charged)
All processing is completed at a USDA Certified plant.
